Lounge & Sun Room
The living space is a light and airy space with a feature fireplace, mood lighting, Sky tv and comfy leather sofas for the perfect chill out. The lounge leads into the sun room/dining area with table and chairs which leads out onto a large patio area with garden lounge furniture via patio doors.
Kitchen
Large spacious kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, grill, hob and tall fridge/freezer. There is a large pantry area for storing all your goodies for the week. There is also a breakfast table with stools and if requested a highchair.
Bedrooms
The cottage is equipped for 4+1 adults, plus cot.
There are two bedrooms:
Back bedroom – A king-sized bed, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, bedside tables & TV.
Front bedroom - A double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
There is a fold out single bed for the 5th person, on booking let us know you need the extra bed and we will arrange for it to be set up for you in one of the two bedrooms or the lounge if you wish.
Bathroom
This beach themed bathroom has a bath with an overhead power shower, sink and washer/dryer.
WC/Cloakroom
Garden
Sandylands has a large, back garden with managed wild Cornish plants and a few different patio areas. There is an outdoor picnic bench with a parasol, patio area with outdoor lounge furniture, a 6 seater table and chairs and also a charocal BBQ. There is also a rotary washing line.
Parking – Sandylands has a private, gated driveway that will hold up to 2-3 cars.
